I offer a 20 minute free phone call or zoom meet. This is designed for you to ask me any questions and get a feel for how I work. This is also an opportunity for me to hear a little about you and what you'd like to gain from counselling. By the end of the 20 minute zoom/phone call we can decide together if I am the right counsellor for you. You will be encouraged to take some time to think this through and contact me should you wish to book further sessions.
