This comprehensive workshop will guide you through the essential steps of setting up your private practice.
​
The first half of the day will be led by Charlotte Carroll MBACP, a qualified integrative counsellor, tutor and clinical supervisor with a thriving private practice. Interactive activities and discussions will be woven into the morning to draw on everyone’s expertise. Charlotte will share her insights on topics like renting office space vs. working from home, legal and practical considerations of running a private practice including necessary paperwork, marketing, and more.

In the afternoon, Jamie Spender CTA FCCA MAAT, a chartered accountant and tax advisor, will take over to cover the financial side of things. Learn about upcoming tax changes, Making Tax Digital, choosing between a limited company or sole trader status, ongoing compliance required for your business and other key financial considerations.

Throughout the day, there will be plenty of time for questions, ensuring you walk away with clear, actionable steps to move your practice forward.
